GreyMAR provides expansive security functions and controls

Security Access reports

GreyMAR has built in auditing controls, giving your organization the ability to see who has accessed the system and it’s functions. Whether someone has never logged in and viewed your emergency manuals, or they deleted an important eFax, GreyMAR keeps record of the event.

Know who's printed PHI

When surveyors walk into your building, they want to have all available information in front of them. With a simple click, you are able to print reports for surveyors.

GreyMAR keeps track when someone has printed a document that may contain PHI, and also tells you where they were printing the document from. Reports can be printed and provided to surveyors if they may require such documentation.

Granular yet simple security roles

GreyMAR makes it easy for your organization to select which building your staff has access to, including remote access roles that gives regional employees access to documents, MAR, TARs, manuals, and more. GreyMAR keeps track of access and maintains security compliance for you. The system automatically sends the employee their first time login to save you some time along the way.

HIPAA Compliant Service

HIPAA defines requirements for companies that create, receive, maintain, or transmit electronic protected health information (ePHI, or PHI).

The HIPAA Security Rule states that companies must implement “reasonable and appropriate safeguards” over PHI, but identifying and implementing those exact requirements can be challenging.

GreyMAR implements a large number of the safeguards required by the HIPAA Security Rule, helping you to achieve HIPAA compliance. By utilizing GreyMAR, you can feel confident we’re taking appropriate measure to safeguard your data.
